IRJ Home Inspections is owned and operated by Islam Rizek Jaber, a Licensed Home Inspector and a Licensed Professional Engineer with over a decade of construction inspection experience. Islam is trained to inspect every aspect of your home, from the foundation to the roof and everything in between, using the latest tools and technology to provide a thorough and accurate inspection.
There is no roster of rotating inspectors here. Islam is the owner, the operator, and the inspector, so the person who answers the phone is the person at the inspection. What he observes at the house is what gets reported, without a handoff to a second set of eyes that never saw the property.

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
A Professional Engineer license is issued separately from home inspector licensing. Islam holds both, so structural questions get an engineer's assessment.
